In delivering these Services, BridgeFlow may process information through AI models, automation platforms, CRM systems, communication tools, databases, calendars, and other Third-Party Providers selected for the project.
AI systems assist human work. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular decision. Human review is recommended for business-critical, legal, financial, medical, employment, safety, or customer-impacting decisions.
BridgeFlow will not knowingly use Client information for unrelated purposes. Project-specific data handling should be defined in the applicable proposal, quote, master service agreement (MSA), statement of work (SOW), service agreement, or other written project documentation, if used for the engagement.
Website use is also subject to the Terms of Service. If a project document contains more specific data-handling terms, those terms apply to that project to the extent permitted by law.
7. Data storage and retention

BridgeFlow does not publish a single universal retention period because retention depends on the type of information, the reason it was collected, project requirements, legal obligations, and the capabilities of the relevant provider. BridgeFlow aims to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for its stated purpose or applicable legal obligations, and to delete or de-identify it when no longer needed where practical.
Project-specific retention, deletion, export, or return requirements should be recorded in the applicable written project documentation.
